The original Ryerson Baptist Church was organized in 1874.
After years of being closed the church was re-opened in 1998 by
Rev. Ron McCoy pastor of Cameron Baptist Church in Cameron, WV.
In October 2007, the church moved from the original building to our new location on
West Roy Furman Highway, Wind Ridge, PA under the leadership of their pastor, Rev. Phil Campbell Jr.
Ryerson Baptist Church has gone from just a few members to over 100 as of 2010.
We continue to keep our focus on God and continue to trust in Him to lead and guide our church in all that we do.
The three crosses that were at the old location also made the journey to the new location.
They represent the real blessing that God has given us….eternal life through Jesus Christ.
Ryerson Baptist Church has continued to grow and expand over the years.
God has been faithful and blessed us.
We have a sign over the door as you leave that simply reminds us
that our real purpose is to spread the good news. It says, “Now Entering the Mission-field”.

Enter Pennsylvania and continue on SR-21 to Ryerson Station. You will
see sign for old church continue on about 1 1/2 miles church is on left.
